In your first photo, I can't see your bicycle messing up hospital aesthetics. The object that really doesn't belong is the lady (presumably a patient) in the red cardigan. The greens and yellows and shades of grey in the photo blend harmoniously but the red really is an eyesore. If the hospital is serious about aesthetics, they should institute a dress code for patients. Or, maybe, dispense with patients altogether?

That'd probably sort out the hospital hygiene issues once and for all.
